Dr. Leonard Moss, a native of Kansas City, Missouri, joined the Desert Cardiology team in December 2007 as a sleep medicine physician and has since taken over direction of the Northwest Sleep Center.  He was led to the field of medicine by a commitment to continual learning in the areas of biology, biochemistry, and physiology.
 
Dr. Moss worked for many years in Nebraska and Kansas as a pulmonary and critical care physician. He has been a sleep medicine specialist for ten years, and currently limits his private practice activities to sleep medicine only.

Since relocating to Arizona in July 2006, Dr. Moss and his wife have come to realize that every day, rain or shine, is beautiful in Arizona.  They enjoy hiking in the desert and mountains.  Dr. Moss has been an avid golfer since childhood and enjoys the many challenging courses in Arizona.
 
The Moss family includes three grown children and two small grandchildren, who also live in Arizona.
